Excellent luxury hotel. The deluxe twin room was spacious and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The beds were soft and comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessities and was very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant time at Nikko Hotel Hai Phong and would definitely come here again.

A well-known hotel brand, I have stayed in this hotel many times, and it has always been an enjoyable stay. The staff are always friendly. Location is a few kilometres from the airport, and there are places to eat and have a drink nearby. Aeon supermarket is just 1 kilometre from the hotel and also has a large selection of restaurants and eateries and plenty of shops.

Excellent service - the staff were extremely proactive and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and the interior is fresh and well-designed.

The facility is good, clean and super nice. I like the design and my room was so cozy, make me feel so comfortable when i stayed there. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I will stay at Nikko whenever i go back to Haiphong.

The hotel facilities are indeed excellent, the room has a very modern design, staff are helpful. The lobby is large and quiet. Good privacy.

This Hotel is excellent, good price , and the facilities are wonderful. The pool is awsome, The rooms are big and super comfortable. Breakfast has everything I need, and more... really complete. And the people were super friendly.

Clean and quiet. Most of all, thank you for the kindness of the staff. I left my phone in the taxi, and I was embarrassed. At this time, the staff quickly and accurately grasped the situation and contacted the taxi. Thanks to Nikko Hotel for helping me find my phone. In my opinion is one of best hotels at Haiphong. The room is super confortable, with special note to the bathroom, and the staff is superb. The bed is not super, but it's good. And the hotel have 3 restaurants, 2 of them for japanese food.
